What's the difference between On Demand and automatic transcription?

With the On Demand plan, administrators manually select which calls to transcribe and evaluate from the call history. With Standard and Unlimited plans, every call is automatically transcribed and evaluated as it comes in.

What counts as a transcription hour?

Transcription hours are based on the duration of the calls being transcribed. A 30-minute call uses 0.5 hours of your allowance. Hours reset at the start of each billing month.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional features. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my transcription hours?

If you reach your transcription limit, new calls won't be automatically transcribed until your hours reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for immediate access to more hours.
