How companies group workspaces and team users
A company is the top-level container in Evalua. It owns one or more workspaces, the team users who use them, and shared resources like company-wide context documents.

What a Company Contains
- Users — every user who can log in or be tracked by extension
- Workspaces — separate environments for different teams, queues, or business lines
- Company Knowledge — Overview and Feedback documents that can apply company-wide, plus Context Documents that frame business context for the AI evaluator
- Company Settings — phone system configuration, retention period, transcription limits, default thresholds, default minimum call duration
Who Manages a Company
- Company Admins manage users, workspaces, and company-wide settings
- Supervisors and Agents work inside individual workspaces
Company vs Workspace
Use multiple workspaces inside one company when different teams need different quality standards, thresholds, or knowledge — for example, a sales team and a support team. Settings, criteria, and team users are isolated per workspace, but the company defines the people, billing, and shared context documents that frame all of it.
