Getting Started

Set up your account and begin using Evalua

First Time Login

  1. Check your email for an invitation link from Evalua
  2. Click the link and set your password
  3. Log in to access your workspace

For Supervisors

Set Up Your Team

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Add team members (see Managing Your Team)
  3. Assign roles to each person

Configure Quality Criteria

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge page
  2. Create quality criteria documents (see Setting Up Quality Criteria)
  3. Start with 5-10 core standards

Adjust Settings (Optional)

  1. Go to Settings → General to configure minimum call duration, quality thresholds, and auto-evaluation
  2. Visit Settings → Instructions to provide business context (see Writing Effective Instructions)

Start Reviewing

Check the Dashboard for an overview and the History page as calls come in.

For Agents

  1. Go to the History page to view your calls and evaluation results
  2. Update your profile in Settings → Profile
  3. Review feedback on each call to understand what went well and what to improve
  4. Talk to your supervisor if any feedback is unclear
