Getting Started
Set up your account and begin using Evalua
First Time Login
- Check your email for an invitation link from Evalua
- Click the link and set your password
- Log in to access your company or workspace
Where you land depends on your role:
- Company Admins — see the Company Dashboard
- Supervisors — see their workspace's Dashboard
- Agents — see their History
For Company Admins
Set Up Company-Level Knowledge
- Go to Company Knowledge
- Add Context Documents to give the AI business context — see Writing Effective Context Documents
- Here you can also create company-wide Overview or Feedback documents that should apply across every workspace
Create Workspaces and Invite Users
- Use Company Users to invite users (Company Admins, Supervisors, Agents, or Provisioned Agents)
- Create workspaces for each team or queue, and assign users to them with the right workspace role
For Supervisors
Set Up Your Team
- Go to Settings → Team inside your workspace
- Add team users and assign workspace roles (Supervisor or Agent)
- Set extensions for Agents so calls get attributed correctly
Configure Knowledge Documents
- Navigate to the workspace Knowledge page
- Create Overview and Feedback documents (see Setting Up Knowledge Documents)
- Start with 5-10 core standards
Adjust Workspace Settings (Optional)
Go to Settings → General to configure minimum call duration, quality thresholds, and auto-evaluation. Company-wide Context Documents are managed by Company Admins on Company Knowledge; ask your admin if business context needs updating.
Start Reviewing
Check the Dashboard for an overview and the History page as calls come in. Calls in To Review status need a supervisor to mark them Review Pass or Review Fail — see Reviewing Call Results.
For Agents
- Go to the History page to view your calls and evaluation results
- Update your profile in Settings → Profile
- Review feedback on each call to understand what went well and what to improve
- Talk to your supervisor if any feedback is unclear
