Getting Started
Set up your account and begin using Evalua
First Time Login
- Check your email for an invitation link from Evalua
- Click the link and set your password
- Log in to access your workspace
For Supervisors
Set Up Your Team
- Go to Settings → Team
- Add team members (see Managing Your Team)
- Assign roles to each person
Configure Quality Criteria
- Navigate to the Knowledge page
- Create quality criteria documents (see Setting Up Quality Criteria)
- Start with 5-10 core standards
Adjust Settings (Optional)
- Go to Settings → General to configure minimum call duration, quality thresholds, and auto-evaluation
- Visit Settings → Instructions to provide business context (see Writing Effective Instructions)
Start Reviewing
Check the Dashboard for an overview and the History page as calls come in.
For Agents
- Go to the History page to view your calls and evaluation results
- Update your profile in Settings → Profile
- Review feedback on each call to understand what went well and what to improve
- Talk to your supervisor if any feedback is unclear
