The Company Dashboard shows call quality metrics for the entire company, aggregated across every workspace. Company Admins only.
What's Shown
- Call Status Breakdown across the whole company
- Quality Trend over time
- Summary Metrics — total calls evaluated, pass rate, calls needing review
The metrics are the same as the workspace Dashboard, but they roll up every workspace in the company.
Time Period
Choose 7 Days, 30 Days, or 90 Days to update all metrics.
Drilling Down
To see metrics for a specific workspace, switch into that workspace and use its Dashboard. To see individual calls, use the History page inside a workspace.
