Supervisor Role

Full access and capabilities inside a workspace

Supervisors have full access to one workspace. For multi-workspace or company-wide control, see Company Admin.

Capabilities

  • Dashboard — view quality metrics, trends, and team performance for the workspace
  • Call History — view all team calls with full transcripts and analysis; filter by date, extension, status; mark "To Review" calls as Review Pass or Review Fail
  • Team Management — add, edit, remove workspace users and manage invitations from Settings → Team
  • Workspace Knowledge — create, edit, and delete Overview and Feedback documents
  • Workspace Settings — configure workspace name, minimum duration, quality thresholds, and auto-evaluation
  • Call Actions — re-evaluate calls (e.g. after updating criteria), delete calls
  • Profile — update your own name, password, and avatar

What Supervisors Don't Manage

  • Context Documents (Context Documents) live at the company level — see Company Admin
  • Company users and company-wide settings are managed by Company Admins
  • New workspaces are created by Company Admins

If you need a change at one of those levels, ask a Company Admin in your organization.

Extension Requirement

Optional. Only needed if you personally take calls.
