Supervisor Role

Full access and capabilities for supervisors

Supervisors have full access to all features in Evalua.

Capabilities

  • Dashboard: View quality metrics, trends, and team performance
  • Call History: View all team calls with full transcripts and analysis
  • Team Management: Add, edit, remove members and manage invitations
  • Quality Criteria: Create, edit, and delete quality standards on the Knowledge page
  • Workspace Settings: Configure workspace name, minimum duration, thresholds, auto-evaluation, and instructions
  • Call Actions: Evaluate unevaluated or failed calls, delete calls
  • Profile: Update your own name, password, and avatar

Extension Requirement

Optional. Only needed if you personally take calls.
