Settings

Configure workspace and personal settings

Workspace Settings are organized by section with role-based access. Company-wide settings (users, Context Documents, phone system) live in the Company area — see Company Users and Company Knowledge.

General (Supervisors only)

  • Workspace Name — display name for your workspace
  • Minimum Duration — shortest call length to evaluate (in seconds). Filters out accidental dials.
  • Quality Thresholds — score ranges for Pass, To Review, and Fail
  • Auto Evaluate — toggle automatic evaluation on/off. Turn off during testing or setup.

Profile (All logged-in users)

  • Avatar — upload a profile picture
  • Name — update your display name
  • Password — change your password (requires current password)
  • Email (admins only) — update your email address
  • Delete Account — permanently remove your account

Team (Supervisors only)

Manage workspace users: add, edit, remove, and handle invitations. You can promote a workspace agent to a supervisor here, or assign a Provisioned Agent to the workspace by extension.

For company-wide user management (creating brand new users, granting Company Admin status), use Company Users instead.

Looking for Instructions?

If you've used Evalua before, the workspace-level "Instructions" text area is gone. Business context is now provided through Context Documents on the Company Knowledge page — they apply across the whole company and are managed by Company Admins.
