Settings

Configure workspace and personal settings

Settings are organized by section with role-based access.

General (Supervisors Only)

  • Workspace Name: Display name for your workspace
  • Minimum Duration: Shortest call length to evaluate (in seconds). Filters out accidental dials.
  • Quality Thresholds: Score ranges for Pass, Review, and Fail statuses
  • Auto Evaluate: Toggle automatic evaluation on/off. Turn off during testing or setup.

Instructions (Supervisors Only)

Provide business context for evaluations. Single text area, auto-saves. See Writing Effective Instructions.

Profile (All Users)

  • Avatar: Upload a profile picture
  • Name: Update your display name
  • Password: Change your password (requires current password)
  • Email (Admins only): Update your email address
  • Delete Account: Permanently remove your account

Team (Supervisors Only)

Manage workspace members: add, edit, remove, and handle invitations. See Managing Your Team.

Users (Admins Only)

System-wide user management — view all users, create admin invitations, and manage system-level users.
