Provisioned Agent Role
Extension-only tracking without login access
Provisioned Agents are extension-only users without login credentials. Calls on their extension are tracked and evaluated, but they have no access to Evalua.
Internally, a Provisioned Agent is a regular user with no login access and an assigned extension — not a separate role tier. From the admin's perspective, though, the experience is distinct enough that we treat it as its own role.
When to Use
- Temporary or contract staff
- Shared extensions or department lines
- Situations where login access isn't needed
If someone needs to see their own feedback, use the Agent role instead.
How It Works
- A Company Admin or Supervisor creates the Provisioned Agent with a name and extension number (no email required)
- Calls on that extension are recorded and evaluated automatically
- Supervisors review their call data in History
Managing Provisioned Agents
From Company Users (Company Admins) or Settings → Team in a workspace (Supervisors), you can:
- Create: Click Create User → Provisioned Agent (or "no login"), enter name and extension
- Edit: Update name, extension, or convert to Agent/Supervisor (requires adding email)
- Remove: Past call data is preserved
