Provisioned Agent Role

Provisioned Agents are extension-only users without login credentials. Calls on their extension are tracked and evaluated, but they have no access to Evalua.

When to Use

• Temporary or contract staff
• Shared extensions or department lines
• Situations where login access isn't needed

If someone needs to see their own feedback, use the Agent role instead.

How It Works

1. A Supervisor creates the Provisioned Agent with a name and extension number (no email required)
2. Calls on that extension are recorded and evaluated automatically
3. Supervisors review their call data in History

Managing Provisioned Agents

From Settings → Team, Supervisors can:

• Create: Click Create Member → Provisioned Agent, enter name and extension
• Edit: Update name, extension, or convert to Agent/Supervisor (requires adding email)
• Remove: Select and remove — past call data is preserved
