Provisioned Agent Role

Extension-only tracking without login access

Provisioned Agents are extension-only users without login credentials. Calls on their extension are tracked and evaluated, but they have no access to Evalua.

Internally, a Provisioned Agent is a regular user with no login access and an assigned extension — not a separate role tier. From the admin's perspective, though, the experience is distinct enough that we treat it as its own role.

When to Use

  • Temporary or contract staff
  • Shared extensions or department lines
  • Situations where login access isn't needed

If someone needs to see their own feedback, use the Agent role instead.

How It Works

  1. A Company Admin or Supervisor creates the Provisioned Agent with a name and extension number (no email required)
  2. Calls on that extension are recorded and evaluated automatically
  3. Supervisors review their call data in History

Managing Provisioned Agents

From Company Users (Company Admins) or Settings → Team in a workspace (Supervisors), you can:

  • Create: Click Create User → Provisioned Agent (or "no login"), enter name and extension
  • Edit: Update name, extension, or convert to Agent/Supervisor (requires adding email)
  • Remove: Past call data is preserved
