Company Users
Manage every user of a company
The Company Users page lists every user that belongs to the company. Company Admins only.
What You See
A table listing every user that belongs to the company. Each row shows a user's avatar, name, email, workspaces (if any), status.
Actions
Existing users have the following actions available:
- Edit — update name, email, extension, Company Admin flag, or workspace users.
- Remove — deactivate a user; past call data and history remain.
There is also a Add dropdown that allows you to invite new users or admins to your company.
Workspace Usership
Adding a user to the company doesn't automatically grant workspace access. From this page, assign each user to one or more workspaces with a workspace role (Supervisor or Agent). To manage workspace users in finer detail, use the workspace's Settings → Team page.
Provisioned Agents
Provisioned Agents are created here too — uncheck "Enable login access" and supply only a name and an extension. They will appear in History when calls hit their extension.
